Our founder, Kelley Caudle brings over 40 years of executive leadership and technical expertise in program management, team leadership, and small business development. Retired from The Boeing Company, she led initiatives across defense and commercial aviation, driving process improvement, risk evaluation, cost estimation, and innovation strategy.

Kelley has held senior leadership roles including Chief Engineer for U.S. and NATO and setup advanced manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Australia, and Europe. Her career spans several executive roles such as Director of Intelligence Systems and Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for the design and deployment of small projects, multiple patents, as well as multi-billion-dollar technology programs.

An early contributor to wireless Internet Protocol (IP) standards, Kelley’s work has influenced more than 30 systems featured in the Smithsonian Air & Space Museums. She is a published author, frequent national and international speaker, and a trusted advisor to small to mid-size businesses through SCORE.org and advisorycloud.com.

Today, as President of Rocketzoid, Inc., Kelley helps multiple organizations turn challenges into practical, results-driven solutions—bridging strategy, technology, and execution with proven leadership.
