Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Rocketzoid services. By using Rocketzoid websites, Civyn AI or LaunchReady AI, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy. This Policy governs your use of all Rocketzoid services, including but not limited to: the free ZIP risk lookup and readiness scorecard at rocketzoid.com; LaunchReady AI℠ (all tiers including Core and Premium) at launchready.rocketzoid.com; Civyn AI℠ at rocketzoid.

1. Permitted Use

Rocketzoid websites, Civyn AI and LaunchReady AI may be used for lawful purposes, including:

Research and analysis

Content generation and assistance

Business and operational support

Disaster risk assessment for preparedness planning

Educational and informational use

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use Rocketzoid websites, Civyn AI or LaunchReady AI to:

Violate any law or regulation

Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content

Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

Generate malware, exploits, or malicious code

Produce content intended to harass, defraud, or deceive

Impersonate individuals or organizations

Submit false or fraudulent contact information to obtain emergency checklists

Use automated tools to perform bulk ZIP code lookups or scrape gathered risk data

Generate professional advice where reliance could cause harm (e.g., legal, medical, insurance, & financial advice)

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- The content you submit to Rocketzoid websites, Civyn AI or LaunchReady AI

- Reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs

- Ensuring outputs are appropriate for your intended use

Civyn AI and LaunchReady AI outputs are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Data and Privacy

Customer-uploaded Personal Information (such as employee contact lists and contact records) and Customer Business Confidential content (such as continuity plan contents, internal financial information, and operating procedures) are stored in a separate vaulted area subject to access controls described in our Privacy Policy. Business firmographic data about the customer's own business — used to configure the Services — is stored in operational data systems with standard commercial security controls. Voluntary submission of your name and email is used to deliver requested checklists and related material that may be of interest and is not sold to third parties. Civyn AI and LaunchReady AI Data uploaded is saved in a separate vaulted area only available to the user. The user may decide to purchase a separate vaulted area from a 3rd party to store proprietary business information as a backup 3rd site. Purchases are made through certified payment processors and no banking information is stored in our systems. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary.

5. Enforcement

Rocketzoid may:

- Monitor usage for abuse or security issues

- Suspend or terminate access for violations

- Remove or restrict content or outputs

- Violations may result in permanent loss of access to the Services.

6. Changes to This Policy

Rocketzoid may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of Rocketzoid websites, Civyn AI or LaunchReady AI constitutes acceptance of changes.
