1. Introduction

Rocketzoid, Inc. (“Rocketzoid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rocketzoid.com, civynai.com, launchready.rocketzoid.com, continuitystore.rocketzoid.com, and the LaunchReady-ai.com platforms (collectively, the "Services"). This policy governs how we collect and use information to provide our company and location intelligence services.

2. Definitions

"Personal Information" means information that identifies or is reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person, including name, email, phone, mailing address, device identifier, payment information, account credentials, and similar. Personal Information does not include information that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records, or other publicly-available information as defined under applicable law (see, e.g., California Civil Code §1798.140(v)(2)).

"Business Information" means information about a business entity, including its legal name, business address, ZIP code, industry classification, NAICS code, federal contracting identifiers (DUNS, CAGE), professional licenses, and similar entity attributes. Business Information often derives from public records.

"Customer Business Confidential" means non-public information you provide to us in the operation of the Services, including tax identification information, internal financial information, employee and contact records, vendor relationships, and similar proprietary content. We treat Customer Business Confidential under contractual obligations of confidentiality.

"Sole-proprietor overlap": where a business is operated as a sole proprietorship and the business identity is inseparable from a natural person, associated similar data is treated under our Personal Information protections.

3. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email, billing information, and account credentials.

Service Queries: Search terms, company names, or locations searched.

Technical Data: IP address, device information, and interaction data.

Risk Analysis Data: ZIP codes, publicly available data, and risk scores.

4. How We Use Your Data: Database Enrichment

We use your information to operate our Services and improve our intelligence database.

Database Refinement: We analyze search queries and Business Information inputs to the Services to identify missing data, refine our database of business and location intelligence, and improve product quality. Personal Information you voluntarily provide is not used for database enrichment.

No Training on Personal Data: We do not use your personal identity (name, email, or payment info) for database enrichment or AI training. Only the content of the queries is used for these functional improvements.

Human-in-the-Loop: If you submit a correction for invalid data, authorized personnel review the query and the correction to ensure our database remains the "Source of Truth."

Risk Analysis & Lead Capture: ZIP codes, business types, industry classifications, and similar business firmographic attributes are logged for statistical analysis and database enrichment. Business firmographic data is treated as business attribute data and is distinct from the Personal Information you voluntarily provide. Where a business is operated as a sole proprietorship and the business identity is inseparable from a natural person, we treat the associated data under our Personal Information protections.

Voluntary name and email: Data is used to delivering requested emergency preparedness checklists and we may contact you regarding related services.

5. Global AI & Data Transparency (CA AB 2013, EU AI Act, & UK DUAA)

Transparency: We disclose that search queries are used to improve the accuracy and breadth of our proprietary database.

Right to Object: Users in the UK, EU, and certain US states have the right to object to the use of their query history for database enrichment. You may exercise this right by emailing [email protected].

Universal Opt-Out: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

Infrastructure: LaunchReady AI and Civyn AI is hosted primarily on our own secure infrastructure.

Third-Party APIs: We use external APIs to pull additional company information. We do not share your personal data or your specific search queries with these third-party providers.

Webhook Integration: LaunchReady AI and Civyn AI submission data may be transmitted to our internal customer relationship management system via secure webhooks to fulfill your checklist request. This data is not shared with unrelated third parties.

7. Data Retention

Data Retention: Risk analysis and business lookup logs and lead submissions are retained for statistical and service improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

Purchases: All purchases are processed through a certified payment processor and no payment information is stored at Rocketzoid, Inc, LaunchReady AI, or within Civyn AI.
