Rocketzoid, Inc. (“Rocketzoid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Rocketzoid.com and Civynai.com (the “Services”). This policy governs how we collect and use information to provide our company and location intelligence services.

Service Queries: Search terms, company names, or locations you search for within Civyn AI.

Technical Data: IP address, device information, and interaction data.

Risk Analysis Data: ZIP codes, publically available data, and risk scores.

3. How We Use Your Data: Database Enrichment

We use your information to operate our Services and improve our intelligence database.

Database Refinement: We analyze search queries to identify missing information, refine our company and location filters, and generate aggregated statistical insights about market trends.

No Training on Personal Data: We do not use your personal identity (name, email, or payment info) for database enrichment or AI training. Only the content of the queries is used for these functional improvements.

Human-in-the-Loop: If you submit a correction for invalid data, authorized personnel review the query and the correction to ensure our database remains the "Source of Truth."

Risk Analysis & Lead Capture: ZIP codes are logged for aggregating statistical analysis of geographic risk interest trends. We do not associated anonymous ZIP lookups with personal identity.

Voluntary name and email: Data is used to deliver requested emergency preparedness checklists and we may contact you regarding related services.

4. Global AI & Data Transparency (CA AB 2013, EU AI Act, & UK DUAA)

Transparency: We disclose that search queries are used to improve the accuracy and breadth of our proprietary database.

Right to Object: Users in the UK, EU, and certain US states have the right to object to the use of their query history for database enrichment. You may exercise this right by emailing [email protected].

Universal Opt-Out: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

Infrastructure: Civyn AI is hosted primarily on our own secure infrastructure.

Third-Party APIs: We use external APIs to pull additional company information. We do not share your personal data or your specific search queries with these third-party providers.

Webhook Integration: Civyn AI submission data may be transmitted to our internal customer relationship management system via secure webhooks to fulfill your checklist request. This data is not shared with unrelated third parties.

6. Data Retention

Data Retention: Risk analysis and business lookup logs and lead submissions are retained indefinitely for statistical and service improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]

Purchases: All purchases are processed through a certified payment processor and no payment information is stored at Rocketzoid, Inc or within Civyn AI.
