1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Rocketzoid, Inc. (“Rocketzoid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Rocketzoid.com and Civynai.com (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Use by minors requires the explicit consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. 

3. Services Overview

Rocketzoid provides digital services, including business consulting, subscription software, and artificial intelligence-powered tools like Civyn AI. Civyn AIs disaster risk assessments are based on publically available FEMA National Risk Index data, Insurance data, and federally generated risk data. Risk reports and checklists are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute professional safety, insurance, or emergency management services. All data should be reviewed with professionals familiar with your particular business. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. 

4. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Rocketzoid may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. 

5. Billing and Payments

Paid Services are charged in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Payments are processed by third-party providers; Rocketzoid does not store full payment card details.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services rendered and digital downloads are generally non-refundable, subject to our sole discretion and local consumer laws.

7. Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping

You agree not to:

Harvest or Scrape: Use any robot, spider, crawler, or automated device to bulk-extract information from our proprietary business database.

Competitive Training: Use the Services or their outputs to develop, train, or improve any AI model or software that competes with Rocketzoid or Civyn AI.

Malicious Conduct: Upload viruses or interfere with the security of the Services. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by or licensed to Rocketzoid. You are granted a limited, revocable license for internal business or personal use only.

9. User Content and AI Inputs

You retain ownership of content you submit. By providing search queries or inputs to Civyn AI, you grant Rocketzoid a license to process such data for database enrichment (identifying missing data and refining filters). Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we strip all personal identifiers from these inputs before they reach our AI engines to ensure your identity is never part of our training data.  By submitting your contact information in a request form, you consent to the storage of your name, email, and associated risk analysis results for the purpose of delivery requested materials and related follow-up communications.

10. AI and Automated Features Disclaimer

Civyn AI utilizes probabilistic automated systems. 

No Professional Advice: Outputs are provided “AS IS” and do not constitute legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice. Risk scores and hazard ratings are derived from multiple public data sources. Results may appear inconsistent - for example, a low-probability hazard may carry a high rating due to severity. Checklists are provided to help serve as guides on what should be considered while planning. Users should not rely solely on these assessments for safety or insurance decisions and do not replace expert advice.

Independent Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated business or location data before relying on it for high-stakes decisions. 

11. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services linked within our platform.

12. Privacy & GPC

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid opt-out requests. 

13. Accessibility

We strive to follow WCAG standards to make our Services accessible. Please contact us if you experience any accessibility barriers.

14. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketzoid's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rocketzoid against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class action lawsuits are strictly prohibited. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis in Morgan County, Alabama. 

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. 

20. Termination & Changes

Rocketzoid may suspend access for violations at any time. We reserve the right to update these Terms, with continued use constituting your acceptance.
