Civyn AI Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Civyn AI, an artificial intelligence–powered service provided by Rocketzoid, Inc. (“Rocketzoid”).

By using Civyn AI, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Permitted Use

Civyn AI may be used for lawful purposes, including:

Research and analysis

Content generation and assistance

Business and operational support

Disaster risk assessment for prepardness planning

Educational and informational use

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use Civyn AI to:

Violate any law or regulation

Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content

Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

Generate malware, exploits, or malicious code

Produce content intended to harass, defraud, or deceive

Impersonate individuals or organizations

Submit false or fraudulent contact information to obtain emergency checklists

Use automated tools to perform bulk ZIP code lookups or scrape risk data

Generate professional advice where reliance could cause harm (e.g., legal, medical, insurance, & financial advice)

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- The content you submit to Civyn AI

- Reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs

- Ensuring outputs are appropriate for your intended use

Civyn AI outputs are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Data and Privacy

Use of Civyn AI is subject to Rocketzoid’s Privacy Policy and Civyn AI Data Use disclosures. Anonymous ZIP code lookup data is logged for aggregate analysis. Voluntary submission of your name and email is used to deliver requested checklists and related material that may be of interest and is not sold to third parties. Purchases are made through certified payment processors and no banking information is stored in our systems. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary.

5. Enforcement

Rocketzoid may:

- Monitor usage for abuse or security issues

- Suspend or terminate access for violations

- Remove or restrict content or outputs

- Violations may result in permanent loss of access to Civyn AI.

6. Changes to This Policy

Rocketzoid may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of Civyn AI constitutes acceptance of changes.
