Ms. Caudle has 40 years of experience in management of large programs and management of teams and small business setup. She recently retired from The Boeing Company working on defense and commercial aviation programs. She currently is the President of Rocketzoid, Inc and is a member of SCORE and is a certified Franchise Consultant for Business Alliance Inc.

As a senior lead at Boeing, Kelley was developing process improvements and procedures, price estimates, evaluations of risks and opportunities, determined research project feasibility, and supported the small business innovative and minority university research programs as a technical advisor.

She held positions as the Chief Engineer for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Ballistic Missile Defense Program stationed in The Hague, Netherlands and setting up initial manufacturing factories for the Horizontal Stabilizer on the 787-9 aircraft in Italy and Salt Lake City.

Previously, Kelley was the Director for Intelligence Systems at S2 Corporation developing leading edge frequency sensor and intelligence systems and Chief Technical Officer at Digital Operations with multiple intellectual properties including developing real-time voice recognition algorithms. She has been responsible for the technical design, deployment and fielding of a multi-billion-dollar military program.

Kelley was an initial developer of the Internet Protocol (IP) communications standards over wireless systems, and has worked on key technologies in over thirty systems currently on display in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museums. She has had multiple conference presentations for both national and international defense and technology conferences, the Small Business Administration conference in Washington D.C. and the Mentor-Protégé conference in Orlando, FL as well as science, technology and math talks at various high schools and colleges.

She is a volunteer at Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Women in Defense (WID), Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), American Society of Naval Engineers (ANSE) and International Physics Honor society of Sigma Pi Sigma (SPS).

Kelley was featured in Alabama Technology Today as one of the state’s top technical women in 2003. She authored a book, “Why Don’t You Just Shoot the Moose – Applying Common Sense to Solve Everyday Business Problems”
